Filena helps users plan leave around Philippine holidays. This policy explains what data the app stores and how it is used.
Policy Details
Local Storage
Stores your preferences on-device: reminder lead time, filing lead time, selected city, working days, notification time, theme, onboarding status, and travel deal preferences. Nothing is uploaded to a server.
Notifications
If you enable reminders, Filena schedules local notifications about upcoming holidays and filing deadlines based on your chosen settings. Notification data never leaves your device.
Holiday Data
Works fully offline using bundled holiday data. If a remote feed is configured, the app downloads holiday information only. No account is required and no personal information is transmitted.
Sponsored Links
Filena may show sponsored travel offers. Tapping one opens the partner site in your browser. Those partner sites have their own privacy policies.
Advertising (AdMob)
Filena may show full-screen App Open ads from Google AdMob when you open or return to the app. AdMob may collect device and advertising identifiers and use them according to Google's privacy policy. On iOS you may be asked for tracking permission; declining still allows non-personalized ads.
Data Sharing
Filena does not sell personal data. Preferences and holiday planning data stay on your device unless a remote holiday feed is configured. When advertising is enabled, Google AdMob may receive advertising-related data as described above. Sponsored travel links open partner sites that have their own policies.
Children
Filena is intended for adult users and is not designed for children. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
